Google Hindu Calendar with Timezones!

Starting from 2010, the Google Hindu Calendar is being published in different versions for seven different timezones. You can click on the links below to open the calendars for the timezones you are interested in. At the bottom right-hand corner of each calendar, you will find a button which will let you add the calendar to your Google account.

Google Hindu Calendar Timezones:

The above calendars display dates of Hindu festivals, New Moon days, Full Moon days, ekAdashi (11th day of the fortnight), Hindu months and years.

Thanks to Pandit Mahesh Shastriji, of the My Panchang fame, for all his hard work in calculating the data for these calendars and providing the data to me in a format that could be easily imported into Google Calendar.

If there are any questions, please ask them in the comments to this post. I will answer as soon as I can.

Edited on 1/17/2010: Added Hindu Calendars for Australia and New Zealand timezones.

Edited on 1/27/2017: Added Hindu Calendars for Dubai and Singapore timezones.

  5. well uttarayanaa is when the sun appears to travel north -- this occurs on December 21st /22nd but we have a misconception that makara samkranti is uttarayana. surya siddhanta based panchangam will show makara samkranti is uttarayana. which is completely wrong. at one time makara samkranti was uttarayana but due to precision of equinoxes, equinoxes slides every year by 50 seconds sliding makar samkranti futher. this is due to nirayana zodiac after 9000 years makar samkranti will come in june. we know that june is summer and makar samkranti is nothing but start of winter. hence to avoid confusion we are not putting uttaraana dakshinayana for now. most drika siddhanta panchangams like date panchanga, janmabhoomi panchanga govt. of india's rastriya panchanga will show uttarayana on december 21st.

Please advise when the calendar will be updated for 2013 and whether I need to add it to my google calendar again or will it be updated automatically since I have the 2012 calendar already linked to my google account

  15. You see Google doesn't put the same Adsense advertisements on every last site. The publicists spending the most coin for a given watchword get their adverts showed on high-activity, topically significant destinations that are extremely very much put on the inquiry engines...specifically on Google. https://800support.net/sign-in/gmail-sign-in-gmail-login/
